Hello from
Bosnia Herzegovina!
We are now
in Bosnia since few days and travelling in the north west of the country. We
spend some days in the national park of the “Una” River for hiking but also for
fly fishing!
The water got the same temperature all year long here 8°C but we
found it out only when we decided to have a swim in… The water is incredibly
clear and full of trout! And we need to be careful when using waders…
After we
hit the road for Kozaracka Dubica a bit further east to meet Bozana, her family
and friends who welcome us so nicely, we had to try a lot of food speciality (including
alcool, Vino, Pivo, Rakja…) and all is just so good! Now we are ready for
winter, and we are not going to be cold…
On Tuesday
we are going to Banja Luka for a Gig with Bozana who is a singer and will be in
our documentary. After we’ll be around the national park of Kozara but we have
to be back in Bihac next week end for an international fly fishing competition…
We also want to go fishing with Amir and learn a bit more about Rivers an
Bosnia.
We are only
here since few days but we feel like we are here since week, we love Bosnia!

Bonjour de Bosnie Herzegovine!
Nous voici depuis quelques jours en Bosnie et nous parcourons le
Nord Ouest du pays.
Nous avons passé quelques jours dans la région du parc national de la rivière « Una » pour la ballade mais aussi un peu pour la pêche à la mouche! L’eau à toujours la même température ici, 8°C mais ça on l’a su quand on a décidé de prendre un bain… L’eau est d’une transparence incroyable et il faut vraiment faire attention ou on met les pieds quand on est la poursuite des truites et Ombres qui peuplent la rivière.

Nous avons par la suite pris la route pour Kozaracka Dubica
qui se trouve un peu plus à l’Est pour y retrouver Bozana, sa famille et tout ses
amis qui nous on réservé un accueil formidable. Nous avons du gouter a peut
près toutes les spécialités culinaire de la région (Rakja inclus !) Nous
sommes près pour l’hiver, plus de risque d’avoir froid !
Nous partons Mardi pour Banja Luka pour un concert de Bozana
qui est chanteuse et que nous suivons dans le cadre de notre documentaire. Après ça, direction le parc national de Kozara et retour sur Bihac pour une
compétition internationale de pêche à la mouche, et nous avons aussi promis de
revenir pour une partie de pêche avec Amir et sa famille (rencontré précédemment
sur Bihac).
Nous ne sommes ici que depuis quelques jours mais nous avons l’impression d’y être entré il y a
plusieurs semaines tellement on s’y sent bien.
